The “Penny Kid” in ‘Final Destination: Bloodlines’ Still Got What He Deserved According To This Easter Egg Buried In the Credits

Mild spoilers for ‘Final Destination: Bloodlines’ ahead.

Penny kid’s fate is shown in the end credits of Final Destination: Bloodlines.

Final Destination: Bloodlines may be the best Final Destination movie of all. The reason? It delivered what fans wanted, down to the tiny details like the fate of the most hated character in the movie. I’m talking about penny kid.

Who is penny kid? This little asshole, played by Noah Bromley, was running around the Skyview’s opening stealing coins from the fountain and throwing them off the observation deck. While it’s a myth that this act could kill someone (outside of the Final Destination universe), it’s still a rude thing to do. This made for such a satisfying moment when a (spoiler alert) piano dropped on the kid and crushed him to death.

The Bloodlines end credits explore this massive evidence board Iris made about the Skyview survivors.

It seems like a shame that Iris’ good work in listening to the warning of her premonition and saving the lives of dozens of people at the Skyview also saved the life of penny kid. Fortunately, an Easter egg in the closing credits reveals that Death indeed caught up with him in a hilarious and brutal way. As the credits roll, a penny rolls around Iris’ map of the Skyview survivors and reveals their fates.

The fate of penny kid as revealed by the Bloodlines end credits.

The section that appears to be about penny kid, apparently named Alfred Milano, reveals that he becomes a pickpocket as an adult. While he was saved from being crushed to death by a piano at the Skyview, he was later crushed to death by a piano moving truck. This is the kind of irony we go to Final Destination movies for!
